1.1 Acceptance of Terms

1.2 Services Provided
The website offers photography services, including but not limited to portrait, event, wedding, and commercial photography. Specific services and pricing are detailed on our booking page.

1.3 Booking and Payment
Payment of a non-refundable Booking Fee and execution of the provided contract is required to reserve the Photo Session. All payments, including Booking Fee, will be made by check or Venmo. If payment is not received by the payment due dates, the Agreement may be voided by the Photographer. Travel costs and or additional expenses will be approved as needed between parties and will be billed separately.

1.4 Cancellations and Refunds
To reschedule, the Client will be required to submit to a new agreement, subject to an additional Booking Fee and any pricing changes, unless the reschedule was due to a service interruption as provided in this Agreement. For cancellations, the Booking Fee is nonrefundable, and the Client will be responsible for nonrefundable travel costs and/or expenses incurred.

1.5 Delivery of Photographs
Once payment has been received, photographs will be delivered digitally or in physical form within 1-2 weeks, depending on the scope of the session. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party services.

1.6 Intellectual Property Rights
Client shall use images for personal use only and not allow third-party use without permission. Images should not be manipulated or altered in any way.  
Photographer photo credit is requested for online posts.
